Oneonta City Schools - After School Program

GENERAL INFORMATION 2007-2008

The OMS After School Program runs from 2:30 - 4:00 on Monday through Friday. The program is a place for students to do their homework (with assistance if needed), or a safe place to gather before or after sports practices or other after school activities. Bus transportation is available. Please see Principal Johnson for details.
Before School supervision is available in each elementary school from 7:30 to the start of the school day, for a fee of $20.00 per month. If your child participates in the Breakfast Program, there is no fee after 8:15 am. Please see your building personnel for details.

The Before School Program is available to ALL students on a One-Hour Delay,
regardless of prior enrollment, at no charge.

The Elementary After School Program is open to all students in grades K through 6.

After School Program Application Form

The program cost is $40.00 per month per child enrolled.
Program activities will operate from 3:05 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Care is available until 5:30 p.m.
There is no bus service.
Students who attend have healthy choices in a safe environment.
At the elementary schools, program activities include:

homework assistance	computer use

Before/After School: If you are currently enrolled in and eligible for Social Services assistance, please contact Catholic Charities at 432-0061. If you would like to apply for the Child Care Subsidy, please contact the Department of Social Services at 547-1700 to receive an application.
