Why can't I log into ClearTrack???

1. Are you in the correct browser? ClearTrack works ONLY in Internet Explorer.

2. Can you go to other websites other than ClearTrack? Try a few websites to make sure that your internet connection is OK.

3. Is there a pop-up blocker blocking the login page from coming up? Try turning off pop-up blockers.

4. Are you typing your username and password correctly? Try retyping it.

5. Passwords ARE case sensitive. Make sure your caps lock is off.

6. Are you in the correct school? You should be in Oneonta.

7. Does BT Boces have any messages on the ClearTrack.btboces.org main page? Something to the effect of: "The Center has scheduled this months' maintenance for all centralized systems on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Access to this ClearTrack 200 server and all applications (Internet, Munis, ESchool, Opals, ADM2000, Blackboard, etc.) will be down during this time.". Double check that there isn't scheduled maintenance going on both on the Broome-Tioga Boces AND OCSD sides.
