TEAM: Together Everyone Achieves More

Science is very hands on in third grade. Material covered in third grade will be reviewed and tested on the NYS 4th grade science test. We use the Scott Foresman text and ESP kits that are produced for us from the BOCES program. Here are some general topics we will cover this year: Matter Forces, Machines, and Work Energy Sound Clouds and Storms Body Systems Staying Healthy Plant and Animal Life Cycles
