Kindness Project Has Now Reached over 10,000 fans!
Mrs. Andrew’s second grade at Center Street Elementary School is on a mission—a mission to spread the message of kindness toward others. Using the social networking site, Facebook, Mrs. Andrew set up a page called “Mrs. Andrew’s 2nd Grade—Kindness Project” to see how many people they can get to commit to complete one act of kindness. The class goal is to achieve 1,000,000 fans for kindness!
In just three weeks, the site has reached over 10,000 fans, Mrs. Andrew's class has been interviewed on the local radio station, and on February 17, the project will be featured on the national television morning show, "The Daily Buzz" (on the CW Network)! The project also continues to receive international fans from such countries as Australia,Uganda, England, Malta, and Ecuador to name a few. Mrs. Andrew and her second grade class thanks everyone who has joined the Kindness Project and urges you to keep it going!
If you have a Facebook page, become a fan of the Kindness Project, spread the word (i.e., put a link to the project on your profile; email friends and family) to inspire others to become fans and to spread even more acts of kindness. Share your stories and get inspired!
