OHS Scholarship Opportunity – The Philip E. Potter Foundation

Philip and Lillian Potter were co-founders and benefactors of the Philip E. Potter Foundation. Mr. Potter was a local resident and graduated from Oneonta High School. After graduation, he moved out of the area but continued to have strong ties to Oneonta and, after a successful career, he and his wife created the Potter Foundation.
