If you are coming into our District to provide a presentation and will require any technology and/or digital media equipment, please complete this form at least 1 week prior to your engagement. Please note the following guidelines:

1. Non-district computers may only be used on-site for stand-alone presentations (e.g. have no need for connecting to the Internet).

2. If a non-district computer/device is to be used, the presenter should provide their own video adapters

3. If Internet-connectivity is desired, presenters must use a district-issued computer.
