Q: My Chromebook is stuck in night mode
A: Sometimes Chromebooks will get stuck in this "nighttime" mode. The solution to this problem is to simply shut the Chromebook all the way down, wait 5 minutes, and then sign in again. When you get back into Chrome, close all open tabs and start fresh. (High School Chromebooks do not have a night-mode).

Q: My Chromebook power cord is lost or broken. How can I replace it?
A: You must purchase a replacement power cord. The best prices we have seen are at Amazon.
Verify which Chromebook you have prior to searching for the replacement charger. The two models are:
- HP Chromebook 11 G6/G7 - USB Type C charger

- Dell 3100 Chromebook charger - USB Type C Charger
