STUDENT ELIGIBILITY:  Students who are eligible for Title I/AIS are those have been identified by the District as having failed, or are at risk of failing, to meet State performance standards. Students in Kindergarten through Grade 3 are selected on criteria such as developmentally appropriate measures, teacher judgment and interviews with parents. In Grades 4-12, multiple measures, such as State assessments, District approved assessments and student performance indicators are used to identify students who qualify for services.
