🐝 History came alive at Greater Plains Elementary this week… and for a moment, it felt like the most famous people in the world had all gathered in one place!

On April 27 and 28, our 2nd graders transformed into presidents, pioneers, royalty, Hall of Fame athletes, astronauts, and even pop culture icons for their annual Wax Museum. Students spent time researching their figure, learning who they are and the impact they have had on the world, and then bringing those stories to life.

Families, friends, and classmates had the chance to “meet” each figure, hear their story, and experience history in a whole new way.

From start to finish, the room was filled with curiosity, excitement, and incredible attention to detail. Thank you to everyone who came out to experience it! 🐝 GO 'JACKETS!
